SouthPointe Builders is a Tallahassee-based construction firm specializing in high-quality custom homes, renovations, additions, and commercial construction and renovations. Founded in 2006 by Jonathan, SouthPointe Builders is built on over 25 years of hands-on construction experience and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship and personal service. In 2019, Jonathan’s wife, Delvis, joined the team, bringing valuable business experience project management and financial systems implementations. Together, they lead a family-run company rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to caring for each client and every project as if it were their own home.
Jonathan is licensed contractor in Florida and Georgia, with nearly three decades of hands-on construction experience, bringing a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and project execution.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with family, cooking, being outdoors, bird hunting, golfing and watching college football.

Delvis is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of business and project management experience, including leading the implementation of large-scale financial systems in higher education and healthcare environments.
Delvis is graduate of Florida State University and a Florida Certified Public Accountant (inactive), bringing a strong foundation in finance and operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, antiquing and working out.
